Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Insightful Shopper Solutions collects when you use this website or take part in a programme, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
Enquiry details you send us (name, email, phone, company, industry and your message), shopper application details (name, email, city, availability), and basic technical information such as the pages you visit on this site.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to assess whether an evaluation programme is right for your business, to recruit shoppers for available assignments, and to keep a record of the work we have been asked to do.
How it is stored
Enquiries and applications are held in our client and shopper systems and are visible only to the teams who handle them. We do not sell data, and we never share a shopper's identity with the brand they evaluated.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for three years from the last contact. Shopper applications are retained for two years unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Programme records are kept for the period required by our client agreements.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@secretshopper.com and we will respond within 30 days.
