You may browse this site and submit an enquiry or application for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, or submit information that is false or that belongs to someone else.

Content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not a warranty of any result. Programme scope, deliverables and pricing are set out only in a signed agreement.
Evaluations and confidentiality
Shoppers accept assignments under a separate agreement that includes confidentiality obligations. Client scorecards, reports and findings are confidential to the client.
Intellectual property
The Insightful Shopper Solutions name, the Omnia platform, scorecards and report formats remain our property. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
